To enhance team cohesion and stimulate employee vitality, Rainbow Village organized a 2-day themed team building activity on May 2nd for employees to visit the "Zhejiang Central Ecological Pearl" [Eighteen Vows Scenic Area] and Xinchang Chuanyan Nineteen Peaks. Through exploring mountains and waters, engaging collaboration, and deep communication, team members gain insight into the true essence of collaboration in nature, and embrace future challenges with a fuller attitude.
In the morning, the sun was shining brightly. After gathering at the company, everyone embarked on our pleasant journey. During the driving process, everyone was full of enthusiasm and chatted with each other in the open air. Time flew by in an instant, and we quickly arrived at our destination. Everyone moved forward with great enthusiasm. Along the way, there was laughter and joy, strolling among the mountains and playing in the streams.
Everyone was pleasantly surprised to see the tea growing freely in the forest and stepped forward to pick it, feeling the gift from nature.
Not far from the tea tree, there is also a thriving vitality hidden in the bamboo forest. Everyone couldn't help but start digging for bamboo shoots. However, after a while, the team began to grow stronger. Experienced people began to lead the way in removing the shells of bamboo shoots, cutting off useless parts with knives, chatting and laughing, full of fun.
In the subsequent journey, everyone marched forward bravely, crossed the steps, walked along the long mountain walkway, walked along the glass walkway, and crossed the suspension bridge.
Time flew by quickly amidst everyone's laughter and joy, and the journey came to an end quickly. Everyone begins their journey back home.
